WRONG VILLA GUESTS ARRIVED AT KEMBALI VILLAS

About 6 weeks ago 3 groups of guests arrived at our Kembali Villas, collected at the airport by their booking agent and literally deposited at our reception. In each case the driver drove off. Since then another 2 groups of other guests have been brought to us.

WRONG KEMBALI VILLAS

To themselves & our absolute surprise we discovered another villa is calling itself Kembali Villa in Seminyak & had booked these guests. These groups of guests actually thought they were being booked to stay at Kembali Villas. It took some time to contact their booking agent to establish where they should be staying. Also at the time after much effort, we traced the villa owner & brought this matter to his attention without any response.

Kembali Villas has since its inception in 2004 devoted considerable resources & effort to ensure the villa name Kembali is associated with our Kembali Villas. Shop keepers & restaurants know it, taxi drivers know & It is therefore a shame that another operator would try & use our reputation & well established presence in Seminyak to attempt a hijack of our villa rental business.

Naturally we are flattered with the effort, but sad for the guests that  thought they were staying in one of our private luxury villas at Kembali Villas, but rather find themselves at an impostor.

All of these guests when shown one of our Kembali Villas expressed their desire to stay with us, sadly we had no vacancy at the time. Meantime we sincerely hope they enjoyed their time in Bali.
