Q: What type of accommodation is it (e.g., hotel, villa, guesthouse)?
A: We are a private villa complex 7 villas (4×2 bedroom, 3×3 bedroom) each villa has private swimming pool located at Jalan Sari Dewi No. 14D, Seminyak-Bali.
Q: How close is the accommodation to the beach and what is of interest near the Villas?
A: Kembali Villas is centrally located in the heart of Seminyak, within 7-10 minutes walking distance to Seminyak beach and main street where the supermarket, boutique shopping and many famous restaurants and bars are all located. Kudeta, La Luciola, Potato Head, Metis, Mama San, Sisterfields, La Favela are few famous names are all close . Please click here for more information.
Q: How close is the accommodation to Bali Airport?
A: It takes approximately 25 minutes to reach our villa from the airport.
Q: What facilities are available in the villas? Do you have a gym?
A: Each of our villas offers a range of amenities including a private pool with sun lounges, open-air living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, individual room air conditioning, Bluetooth speaker, television, satellite TV, IDD telephone, safe deposit box, hot & cold water, slippers, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and more. Villa maids and pool attendants provide daily service, and there is FREE wireless internet and 24-hour security. Although we do not have a gym on-site, our team can recommend a nearby gym for you at your own expense
Q: What type of breakfast do you serve and what time?
A: Our in-villa daily cooked breakfast options are as follows:
- Kembali American breakfast, with a choice of egg dishes: scrambled omelet, poached egg, sunny side up, boiled egg, or fried egg. It will be served with fresh sliced fruits, bacon, toast, cereal, juice and coffee or tea.
- Kembali Indonesian breakfast, where you can choose between Fried rice or fried noodles. It will come with sliced fresh fruit juice and coffee or tea.
- Kembali Breakfast I, features a choice of homemade pancakes (banana, pineapple or plain), accompanied by sliced fresh fruits, maple syrup, juice, coffee or tea.
- Kembali breakfast II, consists of sliced mushrooms with chopped tomato & bacon. It will be served with sliced fresh fruits, juice, and coffee or tea.
Your personal maid will cook your breakfast in your villa. You are free to choose the breakfast time each day between 8 am to 11 am. You will need to decide on the menu and timing one day in advance.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check in time is at 2 pm (subject to villa availability) and check-out time is at 12 noon.
Q: Can I check-in early? Can I check-out late?
A: Yes, early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to villa availability and may incur additional charges.
Q: What is the child policy?
A: Children aged 1 to 10 years old will not be charged for sharing a bed with their parents. The sharing bed policy allows for one child per room and does not include breakfast. Please consider the child’s body size for comfortable sharing of the bed. If additional bedding is required, an extra bed can be provided at a rate of USD 30 per bed per night, including breakfast and linen, for children aged 3 to 12 years old in all room types.
Q: What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa? Can we add extra bed?
A: Our 2-bedroom villa accommodates 4 people, with the option to add 1 extra bed for the 5th person in one of the bedrooms at an additional charge. The 3-bedroom villa accommodates 6 people, with the option to add 2 extra beds for the 7th and 8th persons in 2 of the bedrooms at an additional charge.
Q: Can we have TWIN Beds?
A: Yes, in one of the bedrooms in each 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom villa, Twin beds (90×200 cm each) can be provided.
Q: How big is your pool?
A: Our 2-bedroom villas have an 18 square meter pool, while our 3-bedroom villa features a 28 square meter pool.
Q: How big is your villa?
A: Our 2-bedroom villas are 375 square meters, and our 3-bedroom villas are 450 square meters in size.
Q: Can we hold private celebrations and play music in the villa?
A: Of course, however, we kindly ask after 10 PM that you keep noise levels to a minimum out of consideration for other guests.
Q: Are pets allowed in the villa?
A: Pets are not permitted in the villa.
Q: Is it possible to have a villa with lots of sunshine?
A: All of our villa’s pools and gardens are designed to receive the maximum amount of sun during the day with shade provided by large sun umbrellas or frangipani trees
Q: Do you have connecting rooms or connecting villas?
A: We do not have connecting rooms or villas. Each villa has its own, private entrance for access.

Q: Can guests request airport transfers or transportation services from the accommodation?
A: Yes, guests can request airport transfer service for an additional cost of USD 25 (Rp. 395,000) net per car per trip. Each car can accommodate up to 4 people, including luggage.

Q: Are you able to make arrangements for a BBQ in the villa?
A: Yes, we can provide an experienced private chef for a BBQ at an additional cost with 24-hour notice.

Q: Do you have a baby cot?
A: Yes, we do provide baby cots for children under 3 years old free of charge, subject to availability. Please reserve in advance through our reservation or front desk staff.
Q: Can you arrange a car or motorbike rental?
A: Yes, absolutely. Please contact our front desk staff for assistance. Please check your travel insurance to ensure you are covered for any accidents.
Q: Can you arrange a babysitter?
A: Yes, we can assist you arrange a babysitter from outside for an additional cost. Please book at least one day in advance through our reception or by sending us an email at info@kembalivillas.com.
Q: We are traveling with kids. Do you have a fence for the swimming pool in the villa?
A: We can assist in arranging a pool fence for an additional cost. Please reserve in advance through our reservation team or front desk staff.

Q: Do I have to book tours in advance or can I do this during my stay?
A: While we recommend booking in advance for better planning, you can also make arrangements during your stay if you prefer.
Q: How are mosquitoes in the villa area managed?
A: Bali is a tropical island, and as such, most villas in Bali, including Kembali Villas, employ various methods to prevent guests’ discomfort from mosquitoes. These methods include weekly fogging of the garden area, the use of insect coils in dining
areas, bathrooms, and living areas, as well as providing electric mosquito repellents and body spray repellents in rooms. Overall, our methods help minimize insect problems.
