Bali has one 9 hole course in Sanur, and 4 x 18 hole courses. Handara is located in Bedugal in the mountains, Nusa Dua Golf & Country Club in Nusa Dua, New Kuta near Ulawatu (SW Bukit) and Nirwana, the Greg Norman-designed course alongside the ocean overlooking Tanah Lot temple. All are unique championship courses, tropical Nirwana, the mountain setting of Handara and the 2 drier courses at the southern end of Bali. All offer hire clubs or bring your own.

Although 2 of the courses Nirwana and New Kuta have a membership system, the public can still play at most times. In addition, a group of local golfers (visitors always welcome) has formed a club called Raffles which has arranged preferential green fees at all courses. Specific times apply and is a great way to meet local & tourist golfers. Nusa Dua has a group that plays on a Saturday.
